A worked decoding example
Request: 01 0D
Response: 41 0D 64
Data: 64 → 100 km/h
The example shows service, PID and data only. It omits adapter headers, CAN identifier, length and padding. It is not a live vehicle reading.
Reading context
Different update rates and the vehicle’s speed calculation can produce differences from GPS. A single discrepancy does not identify a wheel sensor.
A decoded value is a measurement, not a diagnosis. Encoding limits are not normal operating limits. Confirm vehicle support and the manufacturer’s procedure.
