What’s mean?

OBD2 Code P0615 Definition:
Transmission Control Module (TCM) controls park/neutral (PNP) relay (starter relay) in IPDM E/R. TCM switches PNP relay ¡°ON¡± at ¡°P¡± or ¡°N¡± position and allows to crank engine. Then it prohibits cranking other than at ¡°P¡± or ¡°N¡± position.

– The park/neutral position (PNP) relay (starter relay) circuit is open or shorted – Transmission Control Module (TCM) circuit is open or shorted – Park/neutral position (PNP) relay (starter relay) The Error code is generally activated on detection of the following conditions: The P0615 codes is detected when park/neutral (PNP) relay (starter relay) is switched ¡°ON¡± other than at ¡°P¡± or ¡°N¡± position. (Or when switched ¡°OFF¡± at ¡°P¡± or ¡°N¡± position).
