What’s mean?

OBD2 Code P0267 Definition:
Code P0267 is triggered when the Power Train Control Module (PCM) detects a low voltage in the Fuel Injector #3 Circuit. During normal conditions the PCM turns the Fuel Injectors ON and OFF in the Fuel Injection System.
