What’s mean?

OBD2 Code P0645 Definition:
A/C clutch relay may also be referred to as A/C compressor clutch relay. A/C clutch relay circuit is monitored when ignition is on and battery voltage is greater than 10.4 volts.

Possible causes of P0645
– Open or short air condition clutch relay circuit – Poor air condition clutch relay electrical connection – Failed air condition clutch relay – Fused Ignition Switch Output Circuit Open The Error code is generally activated on detection of the following conditions: DTC may be stored if an open or short exists in A/C clutch relay control circuit.
