MY WIFE HAS A 2009 MUSTANG.
VERY TIME SHE GOES TO THE AUTOMATED CAR WASH WITH IN A MINUTE OR TWO AFTER GOING THROW SHE’LL GET THE ENGINE LIGHT ON AND THERE WILL BE NO THROTTLE, THE CAR WILL JUST MOVE AT IDLE SPEED.
WHEN I HOOK IT TO MY OBDII MY CODE IS ( P2133 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch F Circuit High Input) I’VE CHECKED ALL THE WIRING, I’VE USED (DI-ELECTRIC GREASE) ON ALL THE CONNECTORS.
STILL THE SAME THING AFTER EVERY CAR WASH.
SHE HAST TO SIT THERE FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES LEAVING THE ENGINE RUNNING, THEN SHUT IT OFF AND RESTART IT, THEN THE THROTTLE WILL WORK AGAIN.
ANY THOUGHTS?
THANKS IN ADVANCED ROGER
